Invisible Wind Factory Ltd. is the umbrella company for activity at Invisible Wind Factory, Kazimier Productions, the Kazimier Gardens, Kazimier Stockroom and OUTPUT gallery. The company is advised by its Ethics and Diversity Committee, which is made up of staff members from each of these departments and who work independently from and are supported by the directorship to make recommendations on sensitive matters.
The Ethics and Diversity Committee was set up in June 2020 in response to the Black Lives Matter movement. We recognise Black Lives Matter as an inter-sectional anti-racist movement, raising attention of and working to dismantle racial hierarchies caused by social structures that are reinforced through imperialism globally. In solidarity, the group will work to ensure that internal operations, company structure, and public output are safe, accessible, inclusive, fair and representative of staff member’s inter-sectional politics. There is a lot of work to be done going forward but we are committed
to making that happen. The committee is open to engaging in conversation, criticism and all input from our staff, audiences and patrons so please feel welcome to get in touch if you would like to raise an issue or if you have any wider suggestions that might improve your experience of Invisible Wind Factory and its venues.
